Well, I never promised what TIME my comic would update on Tuesdays. Ahem. Here's your update! There's a very explainable reason behind the slightly late comic, and that is this. WORD COUNT: 54,573.

I actually do know that things aren't supposed to explode that way. Shush! I've actually shot at things before. This is what we call kamikaze snowman!

Dynae remembered his cold voice as he gave the order, and shivered a little. “What does processed mean?”

“They will be taken back to headquarters and re-evaluated,” the guard said.

“And what does that mean?” Dynae asked, quietly.

“As we will be testing you to determine your worth, their value will equally be redetermined. If they fail to meet current standards for their caste, they will be removed from their current position in the system. It is not unlike your situation, Miss Calaof. You are gaining position in the system. Miss Liddago’s transgressions may decrease her rank.”

“And what if their rank becomes too low?”

The guard smiled humourlessly. “Then they will have to deal with the consequences of their actions.”
