News
Alas. Today... I started this thing. Okay, not really. Technically I started it a while ago. I have three complete pages, one almost complete page, one page in the middle of all these that isn't inked or colored, and a couple more pencilled. I have a script for almost the entire thing, so rest assured I am taking Between Places reasonably seriously. So, for the record, at this point, I have THE COVER: Complete. Page one: complete Page two: complete Page three: needs shading Page four: needs inking (an hour of work) and coloring (way more work than it requires. Page five: complete And on. I plan on updating on Sundays and Tuesdays, because Sunday is my 'usually free day' except for church and I don't consider comic drawing work, it's really just a pleasant pasttime, and I should be able to get both done after church during that free time. Tuesday is the day before I usually get all my assignments, seeing as I usually get them on Wednesdays so far. Everyone ELSE does Monday/Wednesday/Friday if they do three a week. I want to do S/T/T. I'll be adding on Thursday if I can get a big enough buffer to start updating three times a week, I'd really like to be able to. Right now I work so slowly I'm not certain, we'll see how work and everything goes. I would like to promise to you all now: I am a horrible updater. But I will not saddle you with horrible filler and things irrelevant to the comic no matter how late an update may come. If I have time to make relevant filler, I had time to draw a comic. I have no excuses about scripters until... well, likely a couple years from now when I hit the end of my script and the beginning of the rest of the outline and by then it should be done. That's about it. I might not be doing anything outstanding, but what I'm offering you with Between Places is a serious fantasy graphic novel. Thanks for being there to see me start off. I've always wanted to do a comic, and though I may never attain fans or popularity, if you're reading this... thanks. Also, if you're reading this and Where the Eyes Open, ahh... no, don't worry, I will finish it, I PROMISE! In fact, if Between Places goes over well, it may also be translated to graphic novel format, who knows. This news update is brought to you by me! YAY. Anyway, hope you liked the cover. >.> XD Photoshop, a few hours, it was funnn. Updates to come, slightly abnormally, tommorow and Thursday, and then we return--or begin--with the two a week. But I wanted to get a bit of a start going since it's a serious story rather than a gag-a-day strip.GenreBanners.com Banner Exchange
