Credit for the lovely background goes to my 7 year old brother. ^_^ I told him to draw me an elf map, so he did. YAY. I was just going to use a boring gradient, but thankfully he gave me something more interesting to look at. For the ease of transation, look at the last page. The guy on the left and the armored figure on the right. For any nitwits here, go back to page 2 (page three if you count the cover) and take a look at the NPC. They're not the same person. The stylistic crown/sun is the King's Son's emblem: the northern humans. Which will be made evident IC fairly soon, but yep. It's worth mentioning that here and there I include things that are going to come back. Sometimes things like--like the kid playing marbles at the beginning--are just that: background. Sometimes things aren't just background: Dayun's bandaged hands, for example. Anyway. INTRODUCING NEW CHARACTERS. LAA. I have quite a few characters, but don't worry, I'm good at keeping track of them. It's easier for me to have 12 of them than to have 2, to be honest... XD
